There are two keys to achieving improved health for your dog…. Structured
conditioning/exercise and nutrition.
This is not theory…. It’s fact…. Conditioning and nutrition improve health, which in turn allows
your dog to live a longer, happier, injury-free life.
The Advanced Canine Athletic Program Pet program, or ACAP Pet for short, is a program that is
designed to assist the pet owner in conditioning their dog. The ACAP Pet has been modeled
after two, successful programs designed for working dogs in the law enforcement and military
special operations communities.
Along with the obvious health benefits this program produces, it also enables the pet owner to
engage daily with their dog in an enjoyable bonding experience!
The ACAP Pet App provides you with a very detailed, easy to follow schedule for you and your
dog which also includes videos on each exercise contained in the workout.
Within this application, there are three conditioning categories that focus on increasing your
pet’s capacity in the Power, Sprint (anaerobic) and Aerobic arenas.
When you create an ACAP Pet account you will fill out a questionnaire that is designed to put
you in one of our three conditioning categories. Once the correct category is selected, the pet
owner will be given a daily workout. This workout has simple instructional exercise videos to
follow and is no longer than 30 minutes in duration.
The ACAP Pet App also includes educational content videos which provide information that
every pet owner should know. This educational content is based on scientific research from
experts in the veterinary community. It includes topics such as:
Safety
Thermoregulation
Heat injury prevention
Nutrition
Hydration
Canine physiology
Metabolism
The ACAP Pet is based on thousands of hours of research and development, resulting in a
